Grocery Store Sandwiches

A typical day and why my blog/instagram/cooking have been briefly abandoned

Wake up to a series of emails to answer. Demand coffee until my domestic partner brings me coffee. Drink coffee, send out emails in bed/update social medias. Work from home, get ready to go into work, go into work, go home, keep working, get ready to go back to work, go to work, get off work, stop at QFC at 1 AM to get a sandwich and a beer.

You know those giant, weirdly cheap, but also insanely huge sandwiches they sell at grocery stores? At QFC they're by the hummus and hard boiled eggs. 

I haven't completely stopped cooking. Gladys my GBGV is allergic to something so we're doing an elimination diet for her, she just eats duck, and I had to make her duck meatballs.
