Roasting a whole chicken doesn't have to be scary, just put on some folk music, pretend you're back on the homestead, and get intimate with your poultry. But it's the shape of a real live chicken!! That's ok, it's supposed to be that way :D

A vegan and paleo version of the peanut butter cup blown up and sliced. It's an amazing dessert, but also a pretty decadent breakfast treat to have with coffee. No baking necessary for this recipe so it's perfect for the summer when we can't risk turning the oven on without making the house unbearably hot. 

Chicken banana casserole, aka flygande jakob, so confusing it has to be good. Original version of the casserole is made up of chicken, bananas, whipped heavy cream, heinz chili sauce, bacon, and peanuts. This paleo version leaves out the dairy and uses a homemade chili sauce rather than the bottled kind, to leave out the corn syrup. 

I quit my job! So here's a ham heavy quiche recipe to celebrate all the free time that's about to happen in my life. Hopefully I wont spend all of it eating ham quiche. 

This recipe takes some time! So plan ahead, but definitely still do it, because it really is the best. Carnitas are one of my favorite things to make not only because they go great on most foods but also because pork shoulder goes on sale at my grocery store regularly. 

Whole30 and Paleo! The dressing is the real winner here. and the squash when you're doing whole30, they taste like candy. 

Round and pizza like, not totally a pizza. Just go with it.
